A bright pink colour, which is normal for a Syrah based Rose, and smelling very strongly of currant flowers, raspberry and citrus flavours. Don't be fooled by the colour, the wine is dry and crisp, and the chracters from the nose explode on the palate, with the floral currant flavours lingering. Try this with baked Salmon, as the acidity and flavours perfectly compliment the oilyness of the fish.
