The premium fruit parcels used to produce this spectacular Pinot Noir Rose were picked and then allowed little contact with skins. The juice obtained so was cold settled and cold fermented in tank. This resulted in the creation of a pale pink coloured wine with a salmon haze. The perfumed nose presents lifted scents of strawberries and cream, coupled with light hints of rose petals, earthy and savoury notes. The textured palate is bursting with berry and strawberry fruit flavours, supported by excellent acid balance. These great characters eventually pave the way for a dry, savoury and refreshing finale.
